The shop called me and asked me specifics on the flower order. I was impressed with the attention to detail. When it came time to deliver the flower; the owner closed up her shop to personally deliver the flowers to my dear friend. I live in Maine and Fala's is always my go to Florist for my family in Warm Springs.

My daughter orders flowers for you for me and I always tell her how beautiful they are and send her pictures. Her response is that she loves our Fala s florist. She was especially happy after asking you to put some mistletoe in and finding out that you managed to do that by placing a crystal mistletoe in the arrangement. So thank you for doing great ❤️

Simple easy transaction. Holiday weekend when most were closed they had the flowers there on time and had beautiful items to choose from . Different styles not your typical funeral flowers

The flowers I received were SO beautiful, but your business name was no where on the flowers or card for me to tell others where they were from (since it was a condolences gift from my work). So that would be my only recommendation, add your business name to the card. They still look gorgeous and it's been a week!

The flowers were just beautiful! My Aunt enjoyed them so much! I had a special request and Ginger did a Hreat job making that happen. A bit pricey but otherwise wonderful!

The sympathy flowers I ordered for my mother were very beautiful and exactly as I'd hoped they would be. My parents weren't home when the first delivery was attempted, but a quick call to the shop when they returned got the flowers delivered in 15 minutes. Very pleased with the skill and the customer service. Thank you.
